Anti-bullying Policy
It is mandatory for every school in Ireland to have a ratified and regularly reviewed Anti-Bullying policy. While this policy exists to meet the mandated requirement, the management of the school recognises that many of the elements within it are not relevant when considering the developmental level and complex learning needs of the students we serve.
In accordance with the requirements of the Education (Welfare) Act 2000 and the code of behaviour guidelines issued by the NEWB, the Board of Management of Libermann Spiritan School Templeogue, has adopted the following anti-bullying policy within the framework of the school’s overall code of behaviour. This policy fully complies with the requirements of the Anti-Bullying Procedures for Primary and Post-Primary Schools which were published in September 2013.
The policy document is available to view, download and print in PDF format via the link opposite.
